01 Description, applications & specifications
Description
- Storage – Room Temperature.
Stable for a minimum of 1 year from the date of receipt at room temperature, protected from light. The buffer will turn yellow with age if it is exposed to light or is autoclaved. - Description – 200mM MOPS free acid, 50mM sodium acetate, 10mM EDTA, and 10mM EGTA. Treated with DEPC, 200ml sterile solution
- Application – Used as the electrophoresis buffer for formaldehyde (denaturing) agarose gels
