Description
1 M Tris-Cl Buffer, pH 8.0 is a concentrated Tris solution adjusted to pH 8.0 with hydrochloric acid for molecular biology and biochemical applications.
The ready-to-use stock can be diluted to the required working concentration and is suitable for preparing TE, TAE, TBE, Tris-buffered saline and other Tris-based laboratory buffers.
