Description
AccuBand™ 100 bp + 3 kb DNA Ladder II is a ready-to-use DNA molecular-size standard containing 14 sharp fragments from 100 bp to 3 kb. It provides clear band resolution in both agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
The 500 bp and 1 kb fragments have enhanced intensity for quick orientation. The ladder is premixed with loading buffer and two tracking dyes for direct gel loading and real-time electrophoresis monitoring.

Compatibility: Suitable for native agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. This ladder does not contain fluorescent DNA-binding dye and must be visualised using a compatible in-gel or post-electrophoresis staining method.
