Description
AccuBand™ 100 bp DNA Marker II is a ready-to-use DNA size marker containing six fragments from 100 to 2,000 bp. Its enhanced 750 bp band provides a convenient reference point for DNA fragment identification.
The marker provides strong 100 bp and 250 bp bands for improved visibility of low-molecular-weight DNA. It is suitable for agarose gels and DNA PAGE and is premixed with dual-colour loading dyes for direct loading.

Compatibility: Suitable for agarose gel and native DNA PAGE. The marker is not supplied in denatured form and must be separately denatured before use in denaturing polyacrylamide/urea gels.
Packaging: Supplied as 500 µL, providing approximately 100 applications at the recommended loading volume of 5 µL per well.
