Description

The AutoXT PGS DNA/RNA Kit is a dedicated product of the automated nucleic acid extraction equipment Miracle AutoXT, which allows the magnetic bed to move during operation and automatically extract nucleic acid to minimize contamination and error.

This kit is used with the Miracle-AutoXT Nucleic Acid Extraction System (IMC-NC15PLUS) to purify DNA and RNA of pathogens such as bacteria and virus from fresh / frozen blood, serum, other cell-free body fluids, virus culture, cultivated cell, tissue homogenate and stool swab homogenate.

DNA/RNA are easily bound to the surface of the magnetic beads and release using a proprietary buffer system.
