AutoXT Plant DNA Kit (I) – Individual Type is an automated nucleic acid extraction kit from iNtRON Biotechnology designed for purification of DNA from plant samples using the Miracle-AutoXT Automated Nucleic Acid Extraction System.
The kit uses magnetic-bead based nucleic acid purification technology and is supplied in an Individual Type configuration for automated processing with the Miracle-AutoXT system. The automated workflow reduces manual handling and provides a convenient approach for routine plant DNA extraction.
The Miracle-AutoXT platform uses magnetic-bead technology with optimized automated extraction protocols. The system incorporates multiple washing steps to support recovery of high-purity nucleic acids and can process up to 32 samples per run.
