Description
AutoXT Plant RNA Kit (I) – Individual Type is an automated nucleic acid extraction kit from iNtRON Biotechnology designed for purification of RNA from plant samples using the Miracle-AutoXT Nucleic Acid Extraction System.
The kit uses magnetic-bead based nucleic acid purification technology and is supplied in an Individual Type configuration for convenient automated processing. When used with the Miracle-AutoXT system, the automated workflow reduces manual handling and provides consistent purification of plant RNA for downstream molecular biology applications.
The Miracle-AutoXT platform uses an automated magnetic-bead extraction principle involving sample lysis, nucleic acid binding to magnetic beads, multiple washing steps and final elution. The system incorporates three washing steps to support high-purity nucleic acid recovery and can process up to 32 samples per run.
