Description
easy-BLUE™ Total RNA Extraction Kit is a ready-to-use reagent system from iNtRON Biotechnology designed for the isolation of high-quality total RNA from a wide range of biological samples, including cultured cells and animal or plant tissues.
The easy-BLUE™ workflow combines effective sample lysis with organic phase separation and RNA precipitation. Following homogenization in easy-BLUE™ reagent, chloroform is used for phase separation, and RNA is recovered from the aqueous phase by isopropanol precipitation and ethanol washing.
The purified total RNA is suitable for downstream molecular biology applications including RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, cDNA synthesis, gene-expression analysis and other RNA-based research applications.
