Description

easy-spin™ Total RNA Extraction Kit is a spin-column purification kit from iNtRON Biotechnology designed for efficient isolation of high-quality total RNA from cultured cells and tissue samples.

The kit combines sample lysis and phase separation with silica-membrane spin-column purification. Following sample homogenization and phase separation, the RNA-containing aqueous phase is mixed with binding buffer and applied to the easy-spin™ column. Contaminants are removed through washing steps and purified total RNA is subsequently eluted from the membrane.

The purified RNA provides high purity and is suitable for downstream molecular biology applications including RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, cDNA synthesis, gene-expression analysis and other RNA-based applications.
