Description
ExcelBand™ 100 bp + 3 kb DNA Ladder is a ready-to-use DNA molecular-size standard containing 12 fragments from 100 bp to 3 kb. It is suitable for routine DNA sizing using agarose gel electrophoresis.
The 500 bp and 1.5 kb fragments have enhanced intensity for quick orientation. The ladder is premixed with loading dye for direct gel loading, while two tracking dyes support real-time monitoring during electrophoresis.
