Description
ExcelBand™ 3-Colour Broad-Range Protein Marker is a ready-to-use standard containing 13 pre-stained proteins for estimating molecular weights across a broad range. It covers approximately 5–245 kDa in Tris-Glycine gels and 3.5–235 kDa in Bis-Tris gel systems.
Most bands are blue, with a green 25 kDa band and red 75 kDa band providing clear visual reference points. The marker is supplied premixed with loading buffer for direct application to SDS-PAGE without heating or dilution.

Packaging: Two vials containing 250 µL each; 500 µL total. Approximately 100 applications are available when loading 5 µL per lane.
