Description
ExcelBand™ 3-Colour Extra-Range Protein Marker is a ready-to-use standard containing 13 pre-stained proteins for estimating molecular weights across an extra-wide range. It covers approximately 10–310 kDa in Tris-Glycine gels, with buffer-specific ranges in Bis-Tris systems.
Most bands are blue, with a green 25 kDa band and red 75 and 310 kDa bands providing clear reference points. The marker is supplied premixed with loading buffer for direct application to SDS-PAGE without heating, dilution or added reducing agents.
