Description
ExcelBand™ 3-Colour Pre-Stained Protein Ladder, High Range is a ready-to-use protein molecular-weight standard containing 14 pre-stained proteins for monitoring protein separation during SDS-PAGE and transfer during Western blotting.
The ladder provides three distinctive reference bands: red at 75 kDa, green at 40 kDa and enhanced blue at 20 kDa under Tris-Glycine conditions. It is premixed with loading buffer for direct gel loading without heating or boiling.

Compatibility: Suitable for Tris-Glycine and Bis-Tris gel systems using MOPS or MES running buffers. It can be visualised following transfer to PVDF, nylon or nitrocellulose membranes. Apparent molecular weights vary according to the gel and buffer system.
Packaging: Two vials containing 250 µL each, providing 500 µL total. Approximately 100 loads are available when using 5 µL per lane.
