Description
ExcelBand™ 50 bp DNA Ladder, 500 µL is a ready-to-use DNA size standard containing 17 fragments ranging from 50 to 1,500 bp. It is premixed with loading dye for direct loading onto agarose gels.
The 200 bp and 500 bp fragments have enhanced intensity for quick orientation. Orange G tracking dye migrates similarly to approximately 50 bp double-stranded DNA, enabling real-time monitoring during electrophoresis.
