Description
ExcelBand™ All Blue Regular Range Protein Marker is a ready-to-use prestained standard containing 10 blue protein bands for estimating molecular weight and monitoring protein separation during SDS-PAGE.
The 25 and 72 kDa bands have enhanced intensity for quick reference. The marker can also be used to monitor protein transfer onto PVDF, nylon or nitrocellulose membranes during Western blotting.

Note: Prestaining and differences in gel chemistry can affect apparent protein migration. Use the molecular-weight values specified for the selected buffer system and treat the marker as an approximate size reference.
