Description
ExcelBand™ Enhanced 3-Colour High-Range Protein Marker is a ready-to-use protein standard containing 12 pre-stained proteins for estimating molecular weights across a high range. It covers approximately 10–245 kDa in Tris-Glycine gels, with buffer-dependent migration ranges in Bis-Tris systems.
The marker features an enhanced green 25 kDa band and enhanced red 75 kDa band for rapid orientation. It is supplied premixed with loading buffer for direct application to SDS-PAGE without heating, dilution or the addition of reducing agents.
