Description
ExcelBand™ Super Range DNA Ladder, 50 bp–25 kb is a ready-to-use DNA molecular-size standard containing 26 fragments for analysing both small and large DNA products using agarose gel electrophoresis.
The 200 bp, 500 bp, 1,200 bp and 3,000 bp fragments have enhanced intensity for quick orientation. Three tracking dyes are included for real-time monitoring of low-, medium- and high-molecular-weight DNA migration.

Note: Resolving the complete 50 bp–25 kb range on a single agarose gel may require optimisation of agarose concentration, voltage and running time. DNA migration may also vary with the electrophoresis buffer and staining method.
