Description
ExcelDye™ 6X DNA Loading Dye, Tri-Color is a ready-to-use loading buffer for preparing and tracking DNA samples during agarose or polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
The formulation combines xylene cyanol FF, bromophenol blue and Orange G for three-position migration tracking. Glycerol helps samples settle into wells, while EDTA inhibits metal-dependent nuclease activity.
