Description
ExcelRT™ One-Step RT-qPCR Kit, TaqMan, No ROX enables reverse transcription and probe-based quantitative PCR to be performed sequentially in a single tube. The streamlined workflow helps reduce handling time and the risk of cross-contamination.
The kit combines thermostable ExcelRT™ Reverse Transcriptase, RNAok™ RNase Inhibitor and hot-start Taq DNA polymerase. It supports reverse transcription from 42–60°C and standard or fast qPCR cycling without ROX reference dye.
