01 Description, applications & specifications
Description
ExcelRT™ One-Step RT-qPCR Kit, TaqMan, ROX is designed for reverse transcription and quantitative real-time PCR analysis of specific RNA targets in a single tube. It supports probe-based detection using TaqMan or compatible hydrolysis probes.
The enzyme mix contains thermostable ExcelRT™ Reverse Transcriptase and RNAok™ RNase Inhibitor, while the 2X master mix contains hot-start Taq DNA polymerase and ROX reference dye. The system supports reverse transcription at 42–60°C and standard or fast qPCR cycling.
Key Features: One-step reverse transcription and qPCR • TaqMan hydrolysis-probe chemistry • Includes ROX reference dye • Reverse transcription from 42–60°C • Hot-start Taq DNA polymerase • RNAok™ RNase Inhibitor • High specificity • Fast-cycle compatible • 200 reactions
Applications: One-Step RT-qPCR • Probe-Based RNA Quantification • Gene-Expression Analysis • Transcript Detection • Viral RNA Research • Total RNA Analysis • mRNA Analysis • Multiplex RT-qPCR Development
Compatibility: Suitable for real-time PCR instruments that support TaqMan or compatible hydrolysis-probe detection and use ROX as a passive reference dye. Confirm the instrument’s ROX requirements before use. Primers, probes and RNA template are supplied separately.
Packaging: One-Step RT Enzyme Mix, 400 µL; and 2X One-Step Master Mix containing TaqMan-compatible chemistry and ROX, 1 mL × 2. Sufficient for 200 reactions of 20 µL.
Manufacturer: SMOBIO Technology
