Description
ExcelTaq™ 2X Fast qPCR Master Mix, SYBR, No ROX is a ready-to-use real-time PCR mixture containing highly stable Hot-Start Taq polymerase, SYBR Green dye and the essential qPCR components except primers and template.
The formulation supports fast and standard cycling programmes, with approximately two minutes of enzyme activation. A smart blue contrast dye assists accurate reaction setup without interfering with fluorescence detection.

Compatibility: Compatible with many real-time PCR instruments that do not require ROX. If passive-reference normalisation is required, add a compatible ROX dye separately or select the ROX-containing TQ1210 formulation.
