Description
ExcelTaq™ 2X Fast qPCR Master Mix, SYBR, ROX is a ready-to-use real-time PCR mixture containing highly stable Hot-Start Taq polymerase, SYBR Green dye, ROX reference dye and the essential qPCR components except primers and template.
The formulation supports fast and standard cycling programmes with approximately two minutes of enzyme activation. A smart blue contrast dye assists reaction setup, while ROX provides passive-reference normalisation.
