01 Description, applications & specifications
Description
ExcelTaq™ 2X qPCR Master Mix, SYBR, ROX is a ready-to-use mixture for quantitative real-time PCR using double-stranded DNA-binding dye chemistry. It contains Hot-Start Taq polymerase, SYBR Green dye, ROX reference dye and the essential qPCR components except primers and template.
The formulation provides sensitive amplification and strong fluorescence signals. The integrated ROX dye supports passive-reference normalisation, while a smart blue contrast dye assists accurate reaction setup.
Key Features: Ready-to-use 2X formulation • SYBR Green detection chemistry • Integrated ROX reference dye • Hot-Start Taq polymerase • High sensitivity and signal intensity • Smart blue contrast dye • Compatible with cDNA from reverse-transcription reactions • Reduced pipetting errors • Standard qPCR cycling
Applications: SYBR Green qPCR • Gene-Expression Analysis • DNA Quantification • Two-Step RT-qPCR • Copy-Number Analysis • Standard-Curve Quantification • Melt-Curve Analysis • Molecular Biology Research
Compatibility: Suitable for real-time PCR instruments compatible with SYBR Green detection and ROX passive-reference normalisation. Confirm the required ROX setting in the instrument manufacturer’s instructions before use.
Packaging: 1 mL × 2 tubes, providing 2 mL total and sufficient reagent for approximately 200 reactions.
Manufacturer: SMOBIO Technology
