Description
ExcelTaq™ 5X PCR Master Dye Mix is a ready-to-use mixture containing recombinant Taq polymerase, buffer, MgCl₂, dNTPs, stabiliser and PCR-compatible loading dye.
Only template, primers and water need to be added. The incorporated bromophenol blue enables amplified products to be loaded directly onto an agarose gel after PCR.

Compatibility: Suitable for standard PCR and direct loading of amplified products onto agarose gels. The incorporated dye is a migration-tracking dye and does not stain DNA; a compatible nucleic acid stain is still required for band visualisation.
