Description
ExcelTaq™ 5X PCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use mixture containing recombinant Taq DNA polymerase, reaction buffer, MgCl₂, dNTPs and enzyme stabiliser for reliable PCR amplification.
Only template DNA, primers and water need to be added. The simplified formulation reduces preparation time and pipetting errors and is suitable for routine, colony and high-throughput PCR.

Compatibility: Suitable for standard PCR applications and generation of 3′-dA-overhang products for TA cloning. The included loading dye is added after PCR when direct agarose-gel loading is required.
Packaging: Two 1 mL bottles of 5X PCR Master Mix and two 1 mL bottles of 6X DNA Loading Dye, providing 200 standard 50 µL reactions.
