Description
Exgene™ Blood SV is a spin-column genomic DNA extraction kit designed for rapid and reliable purification of total DNA from whole blood and a variety of biological samples including buffy coat, serum, plasma, cultured cells and dried blood spots.
The silica-based purification workflow provides consistent DNA yield and purity without phenol/chloroform extraction or alcohol precipitation. Purified DNA is suitable for PCR, qPCR, sequencing, genotyping and other downstream molecular biology applications.
