Description

Exgene™ Plant SV is a spin-column genomic DNA extraction kit designed for rapid and reliable purification of total DNA from a wide variety of plant tissues.

The kit uses silica membrane spin-column technology together with a plant-optimised purification workflow to provide stable, high-quality genomic DNA suitable for PCR, qPCR, sequencing, genotyping and other downstream molecular biology applications. The procedure does not require phenol/chloroform extraction or alcohol precipitation.
