Description
Exgene™ Tissue SV is a spin-column genomic DNA extraction kit designed for rapid and reliable purification of total DNA from animal tissues and cultured cells. The Mini format can process up to approximately 25 mg of wet tissue and provides high-quality genomic DNA for downstream molecular biology applications.
The kit uses a glass microfiber membrane spin-column format and provides stable, high-purity DNA suitable for PCR, Southern blotting, AFLP, RFLP, RAPD and other enzymatic applications. No phenol/chloroform extraction or alcohol precipitation is required.
