Description
Exgene™ Tissue SV Plus is a spin-column genomic DNA extraction kit designed for rapid and reliable purification of total DNA from animal tissues, cultured cells, whole blood and blood derivatives.
The kit uses a glass microfiber membrane spin-column format and provides stable, high-purity DNA suitable for PCR, Southern blotting, AFLP, RFLP, RAPD and other enzymatic applications. Exgene™ Tissue SV Plus extends the applications of the standard Tissue SV workflow to include mammalian whole blood and blood derivatives. No phenol/chloroform extraction or alcohol precipitation is required.
