Exgene™ Clinic SV is a spin-column genomic DNA extraction kit designed for rapid and reliable purification of total DNA from a broad range of clinical and biological samples, including blood, body fluids, animal tissues, cultured cells, dried blood spots and Gram-negative bacteria.

The kit uses advanced silica membrane technology to provide high-quality genomic DNA suitable for PCR, Southern blotting and other downstream molecular biology applications. Samples are lysed using optimised buffers, DNA is selectively bound to the silica membrane, contaminants are removed through washing steps, and purified DNA is subsequently eluted for downstream use.
