Description
FluoroBand™ XL 25 kb Fluorescent DNA Ladder is a ready-to-use DNA molecular-size standard containing 14 fragments from 250 bp to 25 kb. It is premixed with fluorescent DNA-binding dye and loading dye for direct gel loading and visualisation.
The 1 kb and 3 kb fragments have enhanced intensity for quick orientation. Bands can be visualised using 470 nm blue light or UV illumination, while two tracking dyes allow real-time monitoring during electrophoresis.

Note: Protect the ladder from prolonged light exposure to preserve fluorescence. Resolving the full 250 bp–25 kb range may require optimisation of agarose concentration, running voltage and electrophoresis time.
