Description
FluoroBand™ 100 bp Fluorescent DNA Ladder is a ready-to-use DNA size marker containing 11 fragments from 100 to 1,500 bp. Enhanced 500 bp and 1,500 bp bands provide convenient reference points during electrophoresis.
The ladder is premixed with a sensitive DNA-binding fluorescent dye and loading dyes for direct gel loading. Bands can be visualised using 470 nm blue light or UV illumination without post-staining.
