Description
FluoroBand™ 50 bp Fluorescent DNA Ladder is a ready-to-use DNA size marker containing 17 fragments from 50 to 1,500 bp. Enhanced 200 bp and 500 bp bands provide convenient reference points for DNA fragment sizing.
The ladder is premixed with a sensitive DNA-binding fluorescent dye and Orange G loading dye for direct gel loading. Bands can be visualised using 470 nm blue light or UV illumination without post-staining.
