Description
FluoroDye™ DNA Fluorescent Loading Dye is a ready-to-use 6X reagent that combines DNA staining, sample loading and migration tracking for rapid qualitative electrophoresis analysis.
The fluorescent dye binds double-stranded DNA and enables immediate visualisation using blue-light or UV illumination. Three tracking dyes help monitor DNA migration across low-, medium- and high-molecular-weight regions.

Note: Fluorescent-dye binding can affect DNA migration when the DNA-to-dye ratio is very low. Protect the reagent from light and use a separate in-gel or post-staining method when precise sizing of very low-concentration DNA is required.
