Description
G-DEX™ IIc Genomic DNA Extraction Kit (for Cell/Tissue) is a solution-based genomic DNA extraction kit from iNtRON Biotechnology designed for rapid and efficient isolation of high-molecular-weight genomic DNA from animal cells, tissues and Gram-negative bacteria.
The kit uses a simplified precipitation-based purification method consisting of cell lysis, protein removal, DNA precipitation and DNA rehydration. The optimised buffer system enables high-yield DNA recovery from a wide range of starting sample quantities without the need for spin-column purification.
Genomic DNA can typically be isolated within approximately 20–60 minutes. The purified DNA provides high purity with an A260/A280 ratio of approximately 1.9–2.1 and is suitable for a variety of downstream molecular biology applications.
