Description
GenEx™ Tissue is a solution-based genomic DNA extraction kit designed for convenient isolation of total DNA from animal tissues. The specially formulated buffer system allows the extraction procedure to be scaled according to sample amount while recovering very high molecular weight genomic DNA.
The purification workflow eliminates the need for phenol/chloroform and other organic extraction procedures. Purified genomic DNA is suitable for PCR, Southern blotting, restriction enzyme assays and other downstream molecular biology applications.
