Description

Q-PAGE™ TGN Precast Gel – Midi, 15 Wells, 4–15%, 10 Gels is a ready-to-use gradient polyacrylamide gel system from SMOBIO Technology for protein separation by SDS-PAGE using the conventional Tris-Glycine buffer system.

The proprietary TGN (Tris-Glycine Novel) formulation supports rapid electrophoresis, clear protein-band separation and extended storage stability compared with manually prepared Laemmli Tris-HCl gels. Its migration pattern remains comparable to conventional Tris-Glycine gels, allowing easy integration into existing SDS-PAGE workflows.

The 4–15% gradient provides broad-range protein separation for samples containing proteins of different molecular weights. Each 10 × 10 cm Midi cassette contains an 8.1 × 8.1 × 0.1 cm gel with 15 numbered and framed wells. Maximum recommended loading capacity is 28 µL per well.

The gels are compatible with Invitrogen® Mini Gel Tank and XCell SureLock® Mini-Cell systems, Hoefer SE260 systems and other electrophoresis tanks accepting the same Midi cassette format.

Storage: Store flat at 4°C for up to 12 months. Do not freeze. Keep gels in their original packaging until required.

Handling: Remove the sealing tape and comb before electrophoresis. Rinse and fill the wells with running buffer before loading prepared samples and a protein marker.
