RNA-spin™ Total RNA Extraction Kit is a spin-column RNA purification kit from iNtRON Biotechnology designed for rapid and efficient isolation of high-quality total RNA from cultured cells and tissue samples.

The kit uses advanced silica-gel membrane technology with an optimized lysis and binding buffer system. Chaotropic salts and detergent provide effective sample lysis and rapid RNase inactivation, helping preserve RNA integrity during purification. Following lysis, RNA selectively binds to the silica membrane while contaminants are removed through washing steps.

The purification procedure does not require organic extraction or ethanol precipitation and can provide purified total RNA within approximately 20 minutes. The resulting RNA is suitable for a wide range of downstream molecular biology applications.
