Description
RNase WiPER™ – RNase Decontamination Solution from iNtRON Biotechnology is a ready-to-use laboratory cleaning solution designed to remove RNase contamination from work surfaces, instruments, glassware and plasticware used in RNA-related procedures.
RNases are widespread, highly stable enzymes that can rapidly degrade RNA and negatively affect RNA extraction, reverse transcription, RT-PCR, RT-qPCR and other RNA-based experiments. Regular decontamination of the working environment is therefore important for protecting RNA sample integrity and supporting reliable experimental results.
RNase WiPER™ is supplied in convenient spray bottles for direct application to potentially contaminated surfaces. Spray the solution onto the area requiring decontamination and then rinse or wipe the treated surface according to the recommended procedure.
The formulation does not contain carcinogenic DEPC, strong acids or high concentrations of detergent. This makes it convenient for routine decontamination of laboratory workspaces and equipment. In addition to RNase contamination, the product is also designed to help remove contaminating DNA from treated surfaces.
RNase WiPER™ can be used on laboratory benches, compatible instrument surfaces, glassware, autoclavable plasticware and non-autoclavable plasticware. Surface compatibility should be confirmed before applying the product to sensitive equipment, coated materials or electronic components.
Key Features: Effective RNase decontamination • Helps remove DNA contamination • Ready-to-use formulation • Convenient spray-bottle format • Simple spray-and-wipe or spray-and-rinse procedure • Suitable for laboratory workspaces • Suitable for compatible instruments, glassware and plasticware • No carcinogenic DEPC • No strong acids • No high concentrations of detergent • Supports reliable RNA workflows
