Description
SMO-HiFi™ DNA Polymerase is a genetically modified recombinant polymerase designed for high-fidelity and rapid PCR amplification. Its 3′→5′ exonuclease activity provides proofreading and approximately 70-fold higher fidelity than conventional Taq polymerase.
The enzyme can amplify suitable DNA targets up to 12 kb and generates blunt-ended PCR products. It is supplied with HiFi buffer, MgSO₄, dNTP mix and DMSO for flexible reaction optimisation.

Compatibility: Suitable for PCR applications requiring accurate DNA synthesis and blunt-ended products. Magnesium concentration, DMSO and cycling conditions should be optimised for the template and primer system.
Packaging: 100 µL enzyme at 1 U/µL, providing 100 units and approximately 100 standard reactions when using 1 unit per reaction. Supporting buffer, MgSO₄, dNTPs and DMSO are included.
