Description
SMOChem™ dNTP Mix, 25 mM Each is a concentrated, ready-to-use mixture of ultrapure dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP. Each nucleotide is supplied at 25 mM, providing a total dNTP concentration of 100 mM.
The equimolar premix reduces pipetting steps and helps minimise reaction-setup errors. This pack contains six 500 µL vials for convenient use in PCR, real-time PCR, reverse transcription and other DNA-synthesis applications.
