Description
SMOChem™ dUTP Solution – Sodium Salt is an ultrapure solution of 2′-deoxyuridine-5′-triphosphate supplied at a nominal concentration of 100 mM in purified water.
dUTP can replace dTTP in PCR and RT-PCR to produce uracil-containing amplicons. When combined with uracil-N-glycosylase, also known as UNG or UDG, it supports carryover-contamination control and helps reduce false-positive results.
