Description
Sodium Acetate Anhydrous, Molecular Biology Grade is a high-purity, nuclease-tested salt for preparing buffers and concentrated sodium acetate solutions.
It increases electrolyte concentration and supports alcohol-based DNA and RNA precipitation while helping regulate ionic strength in molecular biology workflows.

Compatibility: Suitable for laboratory formulations requiring anhydrous sodium acetate. Calculate the required mass using the anhydrous molecular weight and adjust the solution to the pH specified by the protocol.
Preparation: Dissolve the required quantity in purified water, adjust to the required pH using acetic acid and bring to the final volume. Sterilise the prepared solution when required by the intended application.
