Description
SolMate™ RNase A from Bovine Pancreas is a lyophilised endoribonuclease for selectively degrading single-stranded RNA. It is suitable for removing RNA contamination during plasmid DNA, genomic DNA and other nucleic-acid purification procedures.
Supplied as a white powder with activity of at least 50 Kunitz units/mg, the enzyme is tested for DNase and protease activity and is intended for molecular biology and biochemical research.

Preparation and Use: Reconstitute the lyophilised enzyme using an appropriate nuclease-free buffer or water according to the requirements of the selected protocol. Working concentration and incubation conditions should be optimised for the sample and purification method.
Packaging: 100 mg of lyophilised RNase A.
Storage: Store at −20°C. After reconstitution, prepare suitable aliquots where practical to minimise repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
