Description
Viral Gene-spin™ Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit is a spin-column nucleic acid purification kit designed for rapid isolation of viral DNA or RNA from a variety of biological samples, including fresh or frozen plasma, serum, cell-free body fluids and virus-infected cells or tissues.
The kit uses advanced silica-gel membrane technology with optimized buffering conditions to provide efficient binding and purification of viral DNA/RNA. The procedure does not require organic extraction or ethanol precipitation, providing a simple and convenient workflow for viral nucleic acid purification.
Purified viral DNA/RNA is suitable for downstream molecular biology applications including pathogen detection, PCR, RT-PCR, quantitative PCR, cDNA synthesis and other nucleic-acid-based research applications.
