Description
YesBlot™ Western Marker I is a ready-to-use Western blot marker containing 10 IgG-binding proteins covering approximately 15–200 kDa. These proteins bind mammalian IgG antibodies and can be detected alongside target proteins during chemiluminescent, fluorescent or chromogenic Western blot analysis.
The marker also contains four pre-stained proteins at approximately 10, 25, 45 and 70 kDa for monitoring SDS-PAGE separation and membrane transfer. Enhanced immunodetectable bands at 30 and 80 kDa provide convenient reference points.

Compatibility: Suitable for primary or secondary IgG antibodies generated in mammalian hosts, including human, horse, cow, pig, rat, mouse, rabbit, goat, sheep, hamster and guinea pig. Compatible with nitrocellulose, PVDF and nylon membranes. It does not bind IgM antibodies and is not recommended for protein quantification.
Packaging: One vial containing 250 µL; approximately 50 applications when loading 5 µL per well.
